Looks like Samsung is hell bent down on again introducing the Flip phones in the market. Recently, we saw the Samsung Flip phone, bearing model number SM-G9298, which was spotted on TENAA, FCC, and Wi-Fi Alliance.

Now another Samsung Flip phone, bearing model number SM-G1650 and running on Android has been spotted on the certification site. And not just one site but two certification sites viz. TENAA and WiFi Alliance.

Although much isn’t known about the specifications, the WiFi Alliance listing has software marked as Android 6.1, which seems to be a mistake, and we can safely expect it to run either Android 6.0.1 or Android 7.0.

Compared to the SM-G9298, the design of the new device is different from its previous model. The three usual keys; Back, Home and Recent now get a separate space above the navigation buttons. Further, their own places have been replaced by dedicated buttons like camera, message, chat, and clipboard.

On the backside as well, the camera and flash get a different design. On the side, the red circular rim looks pretty good on SM-G1650, which otherwise was missing on SM-G9298.
