Samsung has restarted the global rollout of its One UI 7 update after addressing several bugs that led to a temporary suspension earlier this month. Users in regions including Africa, the United States, and other locales have reported receiving the new software on their Galaxy S24, Z Flip 6, and Z Fold 6 devices.

Reports from community forums confirm that both T-Mobile and Boost Mobile customers in the US, as well as users in countries such as Egypt, Kenya, Mauritius, Pakistan, Qatar, South Africa, and Turkey, are now able to download the update.

The One UI 7 update, based on Android 15, brings a range of new features and improvements. Users will notice refreshed system icons, an overhauled camera app interface, and a split notification shade and quick settings menu.

The update also introduces custom camera filters and advanced editing tools, including the ability to edit RAW images and capture LOG videos directly on the device. A new Shooting Assistance Function provides easier access to professional-grade tools such as zebra pattern and false color adjustments.

Samsung's original rollout plan prioritized the Galaxy S24 series, Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6 for April 2025. The update will reach additional devices, including the Galaxy S23 series, Z Fold 5, Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Tab S10 series in the coming weeks.

By May 2025, the rollout is expected to expand further to older foldables, tablets, and select Galaxy A and Quantum models.
