Samsung’s mobile payment service, Samsung Pay, was launched in India in March across select devices which did not include Galaxy A9 Pro. Well, that changes now with expansion of Samsung Pay service to the mentioned device.

In India, Samsung has tied up with banks including Axis, HDFC, ICICI, SBI, and Standard Chartered for the mobile payment service. In addition to debit and credit cards, Samsung Pay also works with Paytm.
Meanwhile, early this month Samsung’s Gear S3 smartwatch received support for Samsung Pay in Korea. Samsung Pay is now available in 16 markets around the world including the United States, China, Spain, Australia, Singapore, Brazil, UAE, Sweden and India.
