It’s June 6 people, and the Galaxy S3 pre-orders from Verizon, Sprint and AT&T are now live.  The Android phone that was preceded by the craziest hype in the last few years (and perhaps in the history of Android phones) is now available for pre-ordering from three of the major carriers in the US.

Verizon is offering the 16GB and 32GB models for $199 and $249 respectively, in both the Pebble Blue and Marble White colours, and the device will start shipping from July 9. Also, upgrading from an older device on Verizon will let you keep your unlimited data plan, while new customers will have to choose from the limited data plans. You can pre-order the S3 from Verizon → here.

Sprint is offering the 16GB and 32GB models in the blue and white variants as well, at the same price as Verizon, and is expected to deliver the device by June 21. Note that Sprint says ‘expected’, so delays may happen. Order the S3 from Sprint → here.

Meanwhile, AT&T is only offering the 16GB variant at this point (in both the blue and white shades) for $199 on contract and can be pre-ordered → here. The delivery date has not yet been announced by AT&T. Also, as reported earlier, the 32GB variant will be available exclusively in red, but when exactly it will go on sale is not yet known. So if the 32GB model is the one you want to get, Verizon and Sprint are your only options right now.
