With just two days to go before Samsung’s supposed announcement of the Galaxy S3 Mini, some pictures taken with the device’s camera have showed up online. Each photo has a resolution of 2048×1536 pixels, which caused concerns that the Galaxy S3 Mini will have a lowly 3MP camera, but it will still be a 5MP camera as earlier rumored, according to an anonymous source of All About Samsung.
Known specs of the Galaxy S3 Mini include a 4.0-inch Super AMOLED display, 5 megapixel camera, a 1GHz dual-core processor, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean powering the OS. Both NFC and non-NFC models of the device will be released, priced at $540 and $560 respectively according to a retailer listing that leaked earlier today.
All details of the Galaxy S3 Mini should be announced on October 11th at Samsung‘s event in Frankfurt. Till then, enjoy some more pictures taken from the device’s camera.
