Towards the end of 2015, Philips’ Friends of Hue program welcomed new partners in the shape of Samsung SmartThings, Logitech, and Bosch. In January 2018, more partners from North America, namely Access Lighting, ELK, ET2, and Craftmade, became Friends of Hue.
Today, the company has announced that it is expanding the Friends of Hue program to include more players. The latest additions are all about smart switches that seamlessly integrate with Philips Hue products and as usual, they come in a variety of models designed and developed for the Hue ecosystem.

According to the company, it’ll be possible to configure them in the Philips Hue app and use them alongside a multitude of other third-party apps, including Google Assistant and Alexa, as well as web-based platforms such as IFTTT. The company also notes that Friends of Hue products will be continuously updated in order to integrate new features as they come by.
