It was sort of confirmed that OnePlus 5 would feature a cool 8GB RAM — no discussion on whether we need it please! — when Evan Blass dig it from the Amazon India page, but today, we get to know that the device would surely sport 8GB RAM (at least a variant) thanks to a Geekbench listing.

The device gives multi-core score of 6562 on the benchmarking platform which is highest of all current flagships including the Galaxy S8. However, there might be room for even better scores as the device on record at the GeekBench listing is running SD835 processor clocked at 1.9GHz only. While the Amazon page revealed that OnePlus 5 will be powered by Snapdragon 835 processor clocked at 2.35GHz.

OnePlus 5 is slated to go official on June 20 globally, and will go on sale in a couple of days from launch in most parts of the world. Based on the recent leaks, the device is expected to sell for €550 in Finland and INR 32,999 in India.
