OnePlus 5 is all set to release on June 20th at an event that will be live streamed globally. However, this doesn’t put an end to the leaks and rumors about the device or in this case a hint from the OnePlus CEO itself.

The OnePlus CEO, Liu Zuotu took to the popular Chinese micro-blogging website, Weibo to hint the presence of Universal Flash Storage (UFS) in the upcoming flagship device, OnePlus 5.

Although he didn’t mention it directly, his words and I quote “Now the flagship machine UFS have become a selling point, too much fun” suggest UFS for OnePlus 5.

For the unaware, UFS is a one common flash storage for mobile phones, camera and other electronic devices aimed at reducing confusion and removing the need for different types of storage cards for different devices.

Meanwhile, as far as other specs are concerned, OnePlus 5 will feature Snapdragon 835 processor, 8GB RAM, 128GB memory, 16 MP dual rear camera and 16MP front camera.
