Just yesterday we got to know through a leak that OnePlus 5 will sport 3,300mAh battery instead of 3,600mAh battery, as was anticipated. Today, a new leak has surfaced that throws some light on the fast charging of the device.

It’s no secret that OnePlus 5 would support fast charging, however, as per the Weibo user, Kumamoto Technology, the battery of OnePlus 5 will fast charge from 0% to 100% in mere 30 minutes. I think it’s fantastic if it actually happens.

OnePlus 5, which is the successor of OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T is rumored to launch on June 15. The smartphone will come in two variants of 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB ROM. Both the devices will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box. The device will feature a 5.5-inch display and is expected to come in four color variants: black, gold, dark red, and cyan or light blue.

Further, the device will feature dual real camera as confirmed by the leaked retail box. In addition to that, the device is expected to run on the powerful Snapdragon 835 processor, as confirmed by its CEO.

If you are excited about the device, OnePlus is currently running a contest through which you can get to try the device before everyone else. More details here.
