After the Nokia 6.1, HMD Global has started rolling out Android 9 Pie update to the Nokia 6.1 Plus, just as promised. The handset becomes the third from Nokia to run on the new OS. The Nokia 7 Plus had the OS from May 2018 in beta and received the stable version a few weeks ago.
Juho Sarvikas, as usual, took to Twitter to break the news and gauging by the number of responders, the OS is coming in pretty fast with software version 3.30B and weighs nearly 1.4GB, so be sure to get a stable Wi-Fi connection to do the upgrade.

Being an OTA update, it will take a few days before all Nokia 6.1 Plus units get the download notification. You can either wait or try forcing the update via the Settings menu.
