Google Fi is in news again. The MVNO utilizes Wi-Fi hotspots and wireless networks to provide cheap products to customers and this time, it’s a deal with Motorola for the new Moto G7.

The BIG deal is, you can avail the Moto G7 for $249 which is $50 less on MRP. Plus there is an option to pay the price in 24 EMIs of $10.38. In case of a trade, the phone can be yours for $0.

There is a catch. You must activate the phone within 30 days of shipment. In case you get late, Google will charge an additional $50.

The Moto G7 has a Gorilla Glass 3-protected 6.2-inch LCD display. The screen resolution is of 1080 x 2270 with an aspect ratio of 19:9. With 82.58 percent screen-to-body ratio the Moto G7 is a cool handset at a moderate price.

The G7 has a Snapdragon 632 inside with 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage space. The primary rear camera is a 12MP sensor with an aperture of f/1.8 and the secondary unit is a 5MP sensor used for depth of field. The front camera is 8MP for reasonably good selfies. It features a 3,000mAh battery and runs on pre-installed Android 9 Pie.

Other offers

Sprint is offering Moto G7 for $100 off with activation. Verizon and AT&T are offering the same $50 discount that Google Fi is offering.

Go for it if you are looking for a budget phone with good specs. It is not quite a hole in the pocket to spend a little over $10 per month to get a phone like Moto G7.

Happy Moto Rolling!
