Some new details have leaked about the upcoming Moto G5 smartphone from Lenovo. According to a listing on P3DN, the fifth generation Moto G will come with a Snapdragon 625 CPU and the Adreno 506 GPU. The model number appears to be Moto XT1685.
There doesn’t seem to be a lot of rumors or leaks about the Moto G5 yet. So far, we’ve only heard that it would feature a better camera and more RAM. As per previously leaked specs, the phone will sport a 5.5 inch full HD display and a 13 megapixel camera, similar to the Moto G4.
The difference would be in processor, RAM, and hopefully battery capacity. It should also come pre-installed with the latest Android Nougat software.
That’s all there is to know about the 5th gen Moto G. Expect it to be faster and more efficient than before, but that’s about it. The Moto G5 and G5 Plus announcement date has been speculated as March 8 2017.
