At a time when other OEMs are still busy rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat update to their devices, kudos to Lenovo for dropping a hint that it is all set to endow Moto G4 Plus with Android 7.1.1 OS.

Lenovo is testing the Android 7.1.1 update for Moto G4 Plus. This can be inferred from the fact that Android 7.1.1 powered Moto G4 Plus has made an appearance on benchmarking site GFXBench. And as per industry norms, once the testing period is over, Lenovo will soon release the new OS update to the mentioned Motorola device. Notably, Moto G4 Plus started receiving Android 7.0 Nougat last year itself.

Lenovo may not be too good at rolling out monthly updates to its devices, but it surely seems to be working hard in updating the OS segment. It has already updated a handful of its device to Android 7.0 Nougat OS. And now, it is striving to bump up the Android 7.0 Nougat devices to Android 7.1.1.

Lenovo ZUK Z2 Pro has also been spotted on GFXBench running Android 7.1.1 Nougat. Again, Tab4 8 Plus, which made its debut during MWC 0217, landed at the same site with Android 7.1.1 OS. This device is expected to release around May.
