The official Motorola Moto G4 and G4 Plus Android 7.0 Nougat update started rolling out a week ago. However, if you’re someone who couldn’t do without the raw power of an AOSP based build on your device. You’d be happy to know that Moto G4 and G4 Plus CM14.1 nightly builds are now available officially from the CyanogenMod team.
CM14.1 is an AOSP based custom ROM built and maintained by the folks over at CyanogenMod. The ROM is based on Android 7.1.12 Nougat.
Since this is the first official release of CM14.1 for Moto G4 and G4 Plus, there will be minor bugs and issues with the nightly builds. However, it’ll be nothing serious to hold you off from making the ROM your daily driver.
