The Samsung flagships that were launched earlier this week at the MWC 2015 tech show are impressive devices with the much needed metallic design and other high end aspects. But the devices miss out on a couple of things that was always provided by Samsung on its premium devices.
Well, the talk is about the lack of a removable battery that can be replaced during emergency situations and the micro SD card slot facilitating expandable storage. Moreover, the batteries used in the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge are not too capacious standing at 2,550 mAh and 2,600 mAh respectively.
To resolve this issue, popular mobile accessories manufacturer Mophie has unleashed a battery pack case for these handsets. The accessory in the lineup of Mophie’s Juice Pack features a 3,300 mAh battery that can pump in a full charge for the inbuilt battery of the latest Samsung smartphones.
Besides providing 100 percent additional battery life to the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge, the case will also render edge-to-edge protection. The accessory makes use of the firm’s proprietary Impact Isolation System that doubles as an inbuilt suspension system that will protect the handset from accidental drops. Also, there are pass-through buttons and the firm’s proprietary mute switch as well onboard.
The Mophie Juice Pack for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge will be priced at $99.99 and will be made available on April 10 alongside the smartphones.
