Xiaomi has released a new MIUI update for Redmi Note 4X users. The update brings many bug fixes and should reach your device soon.
The new MIUI update 8.5.8.0 weighs around 358MB. It brings improvements such as time taken to recognize fingerprints has been reduced and performance of the device has been greatly improved when music is played, which otherwise was slowed down.

Further, the update fixes all the issues related to the speaker such as speaker was turned on by mistake for video calls and in other cases, speaker turned on only after the other person accepted your call.
The update also brings bug fixes for messaging app and camera application. You should also expect under the hood improvements from the update.
Yesterday, Xiaomi released a beta build of MIUI 9 for more than 18 devices. It is also available for Note 4X. You can download it here.
