Here’s a piece of good news for Meizu M5 Note and MX6 users. The Chinese OEM has officially announced that it will soon start testing Nougat based Flyme 6 beta update for M5 Note and MX6. For this, it has asked interested users of the mentioned devices to register for the test.

The last date of registration is July 11th, that is tomorrow, with Meizu announcing the list of users selected for the Flyme 6 Nougat beta update within next week.

To apply for the beta tester program, you need to fill a form. It is important to fill it out with correct information of your device as any wrong details will lessen your chances of getting selected. The links for the forms are provided below here:

Once selected, users will be required to report bugs, if met any, in Bugs Section on forum. Meizu will be rolling out the beta version of Nougat based Flyme 6 over the air every two weeks. Again, out of the selected users, some active beta testers will be chosen to form a core group which will be added into a Whatsapp groups in the future by Meizu.
