The first Android Wear 2.0 pre-installed smartwatches have been officially announced. Coming from LG, in collaboration with Google, the LG Watch Style and LG Watch Sport smartwatches will be launched in the US on February 10th.

Coming to the two most important aspects of any product, availability and pricing, here’s the details. The more affordable Watch Style is priced at $249 for titanium and silver color while Watch Sport costs $349. If you want to go for rose gold colored Watch Style, however, you will need to shell out a few extra dollars as it costs $279. Both will be available on the Google Store, including a Google Store exclusive blue version of Watch Sport. Google knows the game, and so has kept a strong card close its chest. After all, when the smartwatches are also put for sale in other stores, the competition gets stronger. Isn’t it?

The Watch Style will also be available at Best Buy, while the the Watch Sport will be sold at AT&T and, later, Verizon stores.

If you consider the prices to be comfortable for your pocket, here’s the specsheet of both the products to help you decide your buying choice.

The cheaper of the two- LG Watch Style- which is smaller in comparison to size and specs both, is a more basic smartwatch for the less demanding user. It has a 1.2 inch P-OLED display (360×360, 299PPI) with Gorilla Glass 3. It runs on the Snapdragon Wear 2100 chipset with 512MB RAM and 4GB storage. The watch is powered by 240mAh battery which is charged wirelessly. It boasts of a stainless steel body with leather straps and IP67 water-resistance rating. The OS, obviously, is Android Wear 2.0.

The LG Watch Sport, with an additional $100, comes with attractive additional features and trimmings. It features a 1.38-inch (480×480 resolution) P-OLED display and runs Snapdragon Wear 2100 chipset paired with 768MB RAM and 4GB storage. A 430mAh battery keeps the lights on. Additional features which its cheaper sibling lacks and it includes are NFC, GPS, LTE, heart rate sensor, barometer, speaker, two secondary buttons plus the digital crown, and ambient light sensor. It also carries along the usual Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and comes with IP68 water-resistance rating.
