Looks like we finally have a launch date for the toned down version of LG G6, the LG Q6. Previously, the LG Q6 was called as  LG G6 Mini. However, it looks like LG will go with the LG Q6 name as reported earlier.

LG has started sending out press invites for the event in Poland with hashtag #LGBarbeQ. According to the press invite, the LG Q6 will be launched on July 11 in Poland. Currently, it’s not known whether the launch will be a global one or limited to Poland only.

Although the press invites don’t reveal anything about the specs, according to the previous report, the LG Q6 will feature a 5.4 inch display supporting an aspect ratio of 18:9.

The LG Q6 will feature a single 13MP camera on the back as opposed to the dual camera setup found on the LG G6. Further, the device will have 3GB RAM.

Last year also, LG released a toned-down version of LG G5, which was known as LG G5 SE. The processor used in LG G5 SE  was different from the one present in LG G5. So, we are assuming, LG Q6 will not feature Snapdragon 821 processor, which is used in LG G6.
