Looks like we have our first rumor regarding the upcoming flagship smartphone from LG, LG G7, slated for release next year. The report in the Aju Business Daily suggests that LG G7, which is a successor of recently launched LG G6 will come equipped with the Qualcomm’s next-generation mobile chip, called Snapdragon 845.
Interestingly, Snapdragon 845, which is a successor to Snapdragon 835 that featured in Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+, is manufactured using the 7nm process. It is expected to be 30 percent more powerful than Snapdragon 835 built on the 10nm process, which until now is Qualcomm’s most efficient and fastest chip.

LG G6, however, wasn’t lucky enough to feature Snapdragon 835, instead, it is powered by Snapdragon 835’s predecessor 821, which LG claims gives better optimization and stability as compared to Snapdragon 835.
It’s a long wait till next year, meanwhile, if you want to buy LG G6, here are the current deals and offers.
