The South Korean tech firm LG has confirmed that the LG G4 flagship smartphone will be launched in Canada on June 19. The device will be sold by carriers such as TELUS, WIND Mobile, Videotron, Rogers and Bell.
As of now, LG has not announced anything regarding the price of the smartphone in Canada. However, there are claims that it will be priced at $199.99 on a two-year contract and $699.99 without a contract.
To refresh on its specifications, the LG G4 boasts of a 5.5 inch Quad HD 1440 x 2560 pixel IPS Quantum display that translates to a pixel density of 538 pixels per inch. The device is energized by a 1.8 GHz 64 bit hexa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor paired with 3 GB of RAM.
The LG G4 bundles 32 GB of native storage space that can be expanded up to 2 TB via a micro SD card. The device is fueled by a 3,000 mAh removable battery. There is a 16 MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture and an 8 MP selfie snapper at the front with f/2.0 aperture. LG G4 is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop wrapped with the new UX 4.0.
