Samsung was the first smartphone major to come up with what’s now being called the Punch-hole, in-display camera design on its leaked image renders of the Galaxy A8s that also sports the Infinity-O display. It was then Huawei’s turn to do the same and now it seems like Lenovo, along with a host of others, has decided to join the party.

Recently, Lenovo gave us a teaser about the upcoming Lenovo Z5s phone. Thereafter, some images of the front panel of a Lenovo phone were leaked. Allegedly, it belongs to the Lenovo Z5s and we’ve no reason to believe why it couldn’t since we’d already seen in the teaser what the phone might look like.

The leaked images point towards a shift, both literally and figuratively in terms of camera placement, from the top-left corner that we saw in Samsung Galaxy A8s and Huawei phone to top-center, after being seemingly inspired to create the halo effect. The phone is expected to sport a big 6.3-inch screen.

The phone is more or less confirmed to come with a triple camera setup at the rear since Lenovo recently got it certified it at TENAA. However, details of the sensors are not known as of now. The battery is rumored to be rated 3120mAh.

Lenovo Z5s is expected to be one of the first ones to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest and strongest processors yet, Snapdragon 8150. Qualcomm is reportedly holding an event on December 4 for the launch of its flagship CPU and on that day itself is when we could hear or even see the possible launch of the Lenovo Z5s too.
