A new Lenovo tablet has just been certified by the WiFi alliance. The model number of the tablet device is TB-8704V and it is running Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
This isn’t the first time that this Lenovo tablet has been spotted on the interwebs. In March, a variant of this tablet carrying model number TB-8704 had appeared on Geekbench, revealing a whole bunch of specifications.
Now we’re not sure if this is the same tablet, but both of the devices share similar model numbers, and also run on Android 7.1.1. This then, could very well be a variant of the Lenovo Tab4 8 Plus tablet.
The Tab4 8 Plus has an 8-inch display with 1200×1920 resolution, a Snapdragon 625 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, and a 4850 mAh battery. Since the device has been certified by the WiFi Alliance, it should be announced soon.
