Indian smartphone manufacturer Lava choose Thursday to add two brand new dual-sim smartphones — The Fuel 10 and  Fuel 25 — to the company’s best known iris lineup. Although both devices are pretty standard, they are also light on the pockets with Fuel 25 available for INR 5,666 while the Fuel 10 is slightly more expensive at INR 6,541. Lets take a look at their technical specifications.

The Fuel 10 which comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display runs on a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. The device features a 5 MP rear camera and a 2 MP front shooter. There is 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage and external SD card support. The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and comes equipped with a 3,000 mAh battery.

The Fuel 25 — which is rather like a scaled down version of the 10 — comes with a 5-inch display. The Media-Tek supplied processor clocks a maximum speed of 1.2GHz for the device which comes with 512MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage. Camera wise, there is a 5MP rear cam and a 0.3MP front snapper. Again, the battery is larger than average at 3,000 mAh.

Also as an added bonus, Lava has promised 500 MB of 3G data per month for those Airtel pre-paid users for two months who purchase either of Fuel 10 or Fuel 25.

While the devices are nothing extraordinary, the price is rather attractive and might just tempt consumers looking for a low priced solution to their smartphone needs.
