Finally, after a three months wait, HTC has started the rollout of the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for the international Tegra 3-powered HTC One X, with the update showing up in countries like India, Argentina, the UK, Russia, Dominican Republic, Peru, Brazil, and Sri Lanka.

The 364.54MB update brings the new HTC Sense 4+ UI found on the One X+, as well as camera performance improvements, better power management (read: better battery life), a new Gallery with Event/Map view, and the usual slew of Jelly Bean features, such as a faster and smoother interface, Google Now, expandable and actionable notifications, resizable widgets on the homescreen, and all in all better performance and stability.

As always, the rollout is gradual in nature, so you may or may not see the update today itself, but can safely expect it to reach your device in the next few days. Also, those in the US with the dual-core AT&T One XL will probably have to wait a bit longer, possibly till mid or end of December, as AT&T works on giving the update its approval.
