HTC Rhyme will soon be up for grabs in stores near you, as HTC just announced that it’s releasing on next Thursday, September 29. Those who want book early, can pre-order it at Target outlets from tomorrow.
As for the price, it’s gonna set you back by $199, with a 2 year contract of course, which do seems a bit too much for a phone with single-core void of LTE and 4G goodness. But when a phone is targeted at female earthlings, specs don’t count that much and what matters more is accessories like docking station, charm indicator (nice one!) and tangle-free earbuds that HTC has packed in every Rhyme’s box. Sure, these accessories make up a bit for the mid-range spec-sheet HTC Rhyme boasts of, it we guess it would fare far better if it came with Beats integration from Dr. Dre.
Phone Specifications:
- Comes with a 3.7inch display paired with HTC Sense UI, accelerometer, multi-touch input methods and touch sensitive controls.
- Powered by a 1GHz Scorpion processor and Adreno 205 GPU and runs on the latest Android Gingerbread version 2.3.4. It also has an inbuilt 4 GB storage space and 756 MB RAM.
- Features a 5-megapixel camera capable of 720p recording.
