Covering three continents at a time, HTC has announced the roll out of Android 7.0 Nougat pan Mainland Europe, Turkey and South Africa.

The announcement was made by Graham Wheeler, product and service director at HTC, via his twitter handle. The update will be released in more countries as well in the coming days, Wheeler added. As for the HTC 10 Nougat update for Europe, an issue has been detected which the company is looking at, which means there could be further delay.

HTC rolled out the Nougat update to One M9 handsets in the US way back in December followed by UK release.

The Nougat update, other than bringing the latest Android security patch by Google, also brings system enhancements and other goodies.

Meanwhile, HTC is also pushing the January security patch to One M9 units along with bug fixes.
As we always suggest, it is advisable to get your device charged and connected to a Wi-Fi before downloading the update.
