HTC is seeding out a new update to One M8s units. The update is a minor one and being rolled out over the air as we speak.
The minor OTA update comes with system improvements and arrives as software version 2.22.401.1 to HTC One M8s devices. As is the general rule, the update should also tag along with it bug fixes.
The update roll out news was posted by a HTC One M8s user via his Twitter handle which goes by the name of @ayoubbouibaouen.

A mini variant of HTC One M8, the One M8s was launched in 2015 as a phone positioned between the mid-range and flagship devices. It sports 5 inch Full HD 1080p display. Under the hood, the phone rocks 1.7 GHz octa core Snapdragon 615 processor paired with 2 GB of RAM and 16GB native storage. It is powered by a 2,840 mAh battery and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with Sense UI.

HTC has also started rolling out another minor update with bug fixes to One M9 in the Nordic regions a couple of days back while the said device received the Android Nougat last month.
