HTC has drawn attention from all around the world with its HTC One M8 device that has been launched as the flagship device for the company. The device looks stunningly elegant with its metallic design and brilliant screen. The device is launched at the high-end price tag of around 50K INR which might not be in the budget of many users which is a slight disappointment to them. But it looks like HTC is planning on a lower cost design from the M8 family. Recent leaks indicate that HTC is currently working on two variants of M8 which are dubbed Plus and Advance.

The HTC One M8 Advance is rumored to launch with a plastic body replacing the metallic body of the HTC One M8 which can be considered as the part of cost cutting strategy from the company. The device will lack the Dual Camera setup that was actually featured on the HTC M8 and instead it features a 13 MP rear camera that comes with optical image stabilization. But as the company offers some quality camera experience, it is not a total loss.
In the design section as we already mentioned, it will come with a plastic body. This leak indicates that the Advance variant will mainly target the Asian countries. The pricing has not yet confirmed yet but we believe it will be lower than the HTC One M8’s cost as HTC done some downgrading to this device. The hardware of the device includes the latest Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 805 processor and 3 GB of RAM. Further specifications of the devices are not yet known, but as the device is from the M8 line-up it might carry the same features of HTC M8. So if you feel that the HTC M8 is over priced for your budget, wait for the HTC One M8 Advance.
