How to Play Solo In Cold War Zombies

COD Black Ops Cold War was just released to the public and it brings the much-awaited zombie mode back to the game. The Zombies’ storylines have been one of the key highlights of the franchise and many veteran players have been waiting for this mode to make their purchase. This is one of the reasons why Modern Warfare lacked the same buzz despite its bigger release. Zombie mode is fun, engaging, and allows you to push the limit every time you test your skill.

The mode puts you in an online match by default with other players from around the world. While a great gameplay experience, you might sometimes want to sit back and kill some brain-eating zombies on your own. Many people seem to be finding it quite difficult to play the Zombies mode in solo in Black Ops Cold War. If you are struggling with the same problem, then let’s take a look at how you can play Zombies in solo mode.

How to play Solo in Black Ops Cold War

Launch the game as you normally would and click on ‘Featured Die Maschine Endless’ at the lobby screen.

Now go ahead and click on the ‘Private’ tab at the top of your screen. Users using a controller can use the shoulder buttons to switch between tabs.

Select ‘Die Maschine Solo’ in the left sidebar.

Now simply customize and launch the game according to your liking.

And that’s it! You should now be in a Zombie solo match in Black Ops Cold War.

What is Dead Ops Arcade?

Dead Ops arcade is another Zombie mode in the game that pays homage to older arcade-style games with its top-down view of the map. It is quite fun and you simply have to keep spraying bullets in all directions to stop the Zombies. If you have been pushing yourself to the limit in the Die Maschine mode and would like a change of pace then you should definitely give Dead Ops Arcade a try. Just like Die Maschine, Dead Ops Aracade can also be played in the solo mode if you like.
