Our favorite Photo Editor app, Google Photos has been widely used across all platform but the service lacked one key feature in the past – private messaging. The Mountain View giant has changed that as users can now share a photo or a video as a message to other users without needing to create an album for the same.
The shared picture or a video will act as the starting point for an ongoing conversation and users can turn the message into a thread for future messages. New chats can be created by opening a picture inside the library and tapping the share button.
Users can start group chats with as many people as they want and any member inside the group will be able to share photos and videos. You can like the photos and videos shared by others, comment on them and also save them to your own library.
