Step 2: Find Ran the Bowyer

Meet Ran the Bowyer inside Yotei’s Shadow Inn (often referred to as the Old Inn). Ran the Bowyer acts as the vendor for bows.

Step 3: Buy the Hankyu

Talk to Ran and from her shop menu, purchase the Hankyu.

Step 4: Return and talk again to upgrade

After initial purchase, return to Ran and talk with her again to access upgrade options for the Hankyu. This upgrade chain is needed to unlock special arrow types like fire arrows.
