Xiaomi’s 2017 flagship smartphone Mi6 is inching closer to its launch in Malaysia. The device has received certification from Malaysian agency SIRIM Berhad. This points towards the possibility of Xiaomi releasing it in the country pretty soon followed by its launch in other Asian countries including India.

Xiaomi Mi6 was officially unveiled last month at an event in China amidst much fanfare. Design-wise the phone didn’t ring much bells except for the four-sided 3D glass design, but the solid internal hardware and the ceramic edition covered up for that.
