Avid gamers will know that Harry Potter: Wizards Unite arrives today, but Niantic did those who pre-registered a favor by offering them the chance to download the game a day ahead of the official release.
However, as expected, availability of the game was limited to select users who pre-registered and in fact, as of this writing, some who pre-registered still can’t download it. Instead, the game is still labeled as ‘coming soon’ in the Play Store, but this should change very soon.
This free-to-play Niantic creation wants you to solve “the mystery of The Calamity” by casting spells, battling bad guys, and completing tasks that make you the best wizard ever.
Although free, you’ll still come across in-app purchases when playing Harry Potter: Wizards Unite on your phone or tablet.
