GT-I9300, I9500 and N8000 Device Information Leaked from GLBenchmark

Sammobile, the unofficial Samsung blog, has received device information for three devices with model numbers GT-I9300, GT-I9500 and GT-N8000, from GLBenchmark, as seen in the image above (click on it to see the full-sized image). The GT-I9300 is by all counts and possibilities the upcoming Galaxy S3, while the GT-N8000 is the Galaxy Note 10.1, the tablet successor of the Galaxy Note.

The GT-I9500 is an as of yet unknown device with the common WVGA screen resolution found on many, if not most mid to mid-high end phones these days, and a 1 GHz processor, so it doesn’t look like it will be a Galaxy S3 variant which is surely gonna have a screen with an HD resolution. The GT-I9300 aka the Galaxy S3’s screen resolution is a previously rumored 1196×720, with the processor clocked at 1400 MHz (as seen in an earlier leak). The Galaxy Note 10.1’s specifications are no surprise though, with a screen size of 1280×752 (the remaining 48 vertical pixels dedicated to the virtual on-screen navigation buttons) and a processor clocked at 1.4 GHz like the Galaxy Note. All three devices are reported to be running Android 4.0.3.

So, what device do you think the GT-I9500 will be? A possible mid-end Ice Cream Sandwich Android 4.0 powered device would be the best bet, as Samsung has no mid-end phone that comes with ICS out of the box yet. As to the GT-I9300 specs, people will have to wait for Samsung’s Unpacked 2012 event on May 3 to find out whether they are true or not.
