Google just announced that it would be postponing the October 29th event to a future date, due to the impending arrival of Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast, and weather department forecasts that it could hit New York on Sunday night or Monday morning. Said Google “We are canceling our Monday morning event in New York due to Hurricane Sandy. We will let you know our plans as soon as we know more. Stay safe and dry”.
