It is no longer news that smartphone manufacturing giants, Samsung, released the flagship duo into the S-series sometime last month. The flagship duo are the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9 Plus. As with every (flagship) smartphone released by any original equipment manufacturer, there is usually a unique attribute or distinguishing feature. For the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus, it is their camera sensors — they’re stunning!

In the last couple of months, we have witnessed tremendous amount of upgrade and advancements in the properties and features of smartphones, particularly in the camera region. Thanks to what some OEMs call “Bokeh” or “Portrait mode”, the smartphone cameras are gradually replacing regular DSLR cameras. The Samsung S9 and S9 Plus have this “Bokeh” feature too but under the name “Live Focus” mode.

Here are some images captured by the Galaxy S9 Plus and its dual camera that produce the really good Bokeh effect, giving you an idea of how cool the Live Focus shots are on the device.
