Update [November 08, 2017]: Looks like the QK1 OTA is rolling out for the S8 users too, as expected. The full software version thus for the S8 becomes G950USQU1ZQK1 in US, as it’s for the model no. SM-G950U. BTW, you can download and install Oreo beta manually on any US Galaxy S8 and S8+ handset, even without registering in beta program.
Looks like Samsung is seeding a new Android 8.0 Oreo beta for the Galaxy S8+. The second Oreo beta is currently only available in the US. It carries the build number G955USQU1ZQK1, and is for the Galaxy S8+.
If you’re on the first Android 8.0 Oreo beta on your Galaxy S8+, then you should soon get a new notification for this update. The new beta will arrive via OTA to all those who have participated in the Galaxy Beta Program.
The Android 8.0 Oreo beta brings Samsung Experience 9.0 UI to the new devices. You get all the new features of the Oreo update, plus some Samsung extras. The Oreo beta is currently only available for the unlocked Galaxy S8/S8+ and the Sprint and T-Mobile variants. But worry not, as we’ve got a guide on how to download the update on other US variants of the Galaxy S8 and S8+.

The Galaxy S8 should also get this new beta very soon. We’re not sure what’s new with this update yet, but we reckon it fixes some bugs and issues that were found in the first beta.
If you’ve already installed the new beta 2 version, do let us know what’s new. As always, make sure your device is on a stable WiFi network and has more than 50 percent charge!
