Galaxy S6 explodes! More trouble for Samsung?

With Note 7 recall in full swing, a new report emerged today revealing the explosion of Galaxy S6 in China. The model no. is reported to be SM-G9209, and the explosion took place when when the device was being charged, of course.

The pics below shows the exploded device, as well as the Samsung service center memo. It’s unclear whether the battery in used was made by ATL (manufacturer of good Note 7 batteries) or Samsung’s own subsidiary (manufacturer of bad Note 7 batteries).
