The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 leak floodgates have already opened with a steady flow of leaks showcasing its possible design, features, and specifications. The latest one to cross the threshold is an image confirming that the device will come with 3.5mm headphone jack and Type C USB port. It also shows the placement of the S Pen.

As can be seen from the image above, the S Pen has been given a slot at the bottom of the phone. Now Galaxy Note 7 might have proved disastrous for Samsung due to the battery explosion issue, nevertheless Samsung has opted to retain few things from the last year’s phablet in the upcoming Note 8, one such being the S Pen position.

A Weibo user has posted the image reportedly of a Galaxy Note 8 showing the lower end of the device. The S Pen slot is placed alongside the speaker grill. Samsung has also retained the position of 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C port as seen on Galaxy Note 7 in Galaxy Note 8.

Two other notable design of Galaxy Note 8 that can be spotted from the leaked image are the absence of lower bezels and curved edges.

The Galaxy Note 8 is expected to feature a 6.3-inch QHD Super AMOLED display powered by Snapdragon 835 SoC. It will come in two variants – one with 64GB stoarge and other with 128GB storage. The rear dual cameras will be of 12MP + 12MP configuration. All these will receive fuel from a 3,300mAh battery.
