Galaxy Muse accessory for Galaxy S3 and Note 2 announced by Samsung, syncs music directly with phone

Owners of the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 no doubt love their smartphone, but for listening to music when out on a jog or exercising in the gym, it can be quite a task carrying devices that have large 4.8″ and 5.5″ screens. But if you’re willing to spend $49.99 to do away with that problem, then Samsung has the Galaxy Muse audio accessory for the Galaxy S3 and Note 2, which they’ve announced today.

The Muse is an audio player that comes with 4GB of memory, but its main feature is that instead of having to connect to the computer to sync and copy music to it, you can connect it directly to your Galaxy S3/Note 2 with a microUSB to 3.5mm connector and sync all music from the phone, using the Muse Sync App from the Google Play Store.

Sadly, Samsung decided to make that the only way you can sync music on the Muse as there is no possibility to sync with a computer, which might turn off some potential customers. However, for those that keep their music collection on the phone, that probably won’t be a cause for concern as the ability to sync directly with the phone should make things much faster and easier.
