Samsung started seeding the Nougat update for Galaxy A5 2017 last month. The update was being rolled out in stages, with a few places like Russia receiving the update first.

The same has been confirmed through a listing on the carrier’s official website. Besides an upgrade to Android 7.0, the update would also brings Wi-Fi calling to the device, which is a great addition.
