Users of ESPN’s Scorecenter app on Android are in for a treat, as ESPN has decided to totally revamp the interface in the app for simpler and easier navigation and has released an update to version 3.0 on the Play Store.
It is quite a major update on the basis of the UI revamp itself, but ESPN has also added a few new features, including live scoring alerts, video sharing, and additional game coverage. The update also adds calendar support, using which users can scores and statistics from previous games, or check the upcoming schedules of all their favorite teams and athletes.
The app has also been optimized for better performance, resulting in a smooth experience (though a few hiccups still occur here and there). Grab the update from the Play Store by clicking on the source link, or directly from your device.
