Unable to use WiFi calling on your Verizon Pixel and Pixel XL? Fret not! It might be disabled in the settings or you may not have it enabled on your Verizon account.
To enable WiFi calling on Verizon Pixel, first follow the simple instructions below:
- Go to device Settings » More » WiFi Calling.
- Toggle On the feature from top corner of the screen.
- You’ll get a terms & conditions dialogue, accept it.
- Enter an E911 address.
If the above didn’t work, then you need to activate HD Voice service on your Verizon number. To do that, follow the instructions below:
- Open this link in your web browser.
└ Login with an account using which you can add a line or change plan on the number. - Click on “Get products”.
- Look for HD Voice and add it your line.
- Reboot your Pixel phone and try to enable WiFi calling again as instructed before.
If you’re unable to activate WiFi calling even after adding HD Voice to your account. Then you need to reset network settings on your Pixel phone. For that, do the following:
- On your Pixel phone, go to Settings » More » select Network settings reset.
- Tap on the Reset settings button at the bottom.
└ This will reset all network settings, including WiFi, Mobile data and Bluetooth. - Once network settings are reset, setup your WiFi network again on the phone.
- Try to activate WiFi calling again.
WiFi calling should work on your Pixel or Pixel XL phone now. Happy Androiding!Â

It worked! Thank you.
What if it just gives unable to activate wifi calling. Try again later.
I had this issue for ages and even factory reset did nothing. I tried almost everything I could think of.
