Google’s Pixel 2 phones ship with a handful lot of new features, one of which is the new and updated Pixel 2 launcher with Google Search bar at the bottom of screen. And it’s now available through an update to Pixel launcher on Play Store.
The Pixel 2 launcher can be installed on most Android devices running on Android 5.0 Lollipop and above, however, Samsung devices may not be compatible as we weren’t able to install Pixel 2 launcher on our Galaxy S8.
Other than the Google search bar at bottom, Pixel 2 launcher also brings At A Glance widget which displays information such as calendar events, traffic information and weather (if location is turned on) on your home screen.
