After all the wait, LG had finally launched its flagship handset, the LG V30 at the IFA event in Berlin earlier today. The smartphone will be up for grabs in South Korea — the company’s home turf starting September 21 following which it will be made available in the global market sometime in October.

The LG V30 sports a 6.0-inch OLED FullVision display with a resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels. Although the secondary display is missing, the V30 gets a software replacement for the same in the form the floating bar.

A Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC powers the device which is hooked to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. There’s a 16MP + 13MP dual camera setup on the back with f/1.6 aperture, while at the front is a 5MP sensor for selfies.
Other features include Daydream support, 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC, IP68 dust and water resistance, rear mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 3,300mAh battery. The smartphone boots Android 7.1.2 Nougat out-of-the-box.
