Google keyboard is simple the best keyboard for me. It’s simple, void of unnecessary features and options, and is very very practical and smart. Use it and you’ll know better.

Google keyboard just knows why you are pressing the backspace keys and will automatically restore the word it just corrected. And its correction scheme is far better than default stock keyboard of Samsung, LG, Sony, etc.

Though, it’s not available for everyone — even though it’s available in the Play Store, as it’s limited country-wise.

NEW FEATURES

With the latest update of Google Keyboard, v3.0.19373, the app has been updated to learn words from Google services you use, and use that to suggest you words accordingly — thereby enriching the experience, of course (pun intended).

In case you don’t want Google to learn from the other Google apps and services of the company that you’re using, then you can switch this feature off from settings — just uncheck the ‘Personalized Suggestions’ checkbox. To get to settings, tap and hold on the mic key, or the coma key, whichever you might be having to left of space key.

That apart, to help you return from emoji keyboard to main one, there’s a button ‘ABC’ for that, now.

DOWNLOAD GOOGLE KEYBOARD APK

But the thing is, even though the Google Keyboard is available in Play Store, it’s limited country-wise, and thus isn’t available for all.

So, if you are one of those who can’t find/access the Google keyboard in Play Store, download the APK from below and install it like any other app.
