If you were waiting for Galaxy S6 CM13 ROM, today is your lucky day as the super popular ROMs just made its debut on the Samsung’s best phone yet.
Galaxy S6 is powered by Samsung’s own Exynos processor, the series which hasn’t seen any decent development in the past, and thus phones powered by these sort of processors doesn’t have good ROMs like CM13.
Despite the odds though, developers have been able to cook a CM13 for Galaxy S6, which is great.
With CyanogenMod 13 becoming available, we’re hopeful of many more AOSP ROMs based on Marshmallow becoming available on the device.
Examples of other AOSP ROMs for Galaxy S6 could be Resurrection Remix, SlimROM, etc.
With Galaxy S6 CyanogenMod 13, you get to taste the Marshmallow update right away. You don’t need to wait for Samsung. What’s more, you won’t see Samsung’s uncool UI called TouchWiz, rather you’d get to use Android’s pure UI with material design and all — one of the main reasons why we love AOSP ROMs.
