Update (July 03, 2016): New working download link of Marshmallow Gapps added below.
Update: New links have been added. Marshmallow is now almost 3 months old, and now Gapps are pretty solid and fully working too. In earlier days, there were compatibility issues between various devices but not anymore. Simply download the Android 6.0 Marshmallow Gapps provided below for any device you have in hand running Marshmallow custom ROM. It would work!
Thankfully, the Marshmallow compatible Gapps have finally started making appearance. If you downloaded an AOSP Marshmallow custom ROM, then you need Gapps to be able to use device as a proper daily driver, as AOSP ROMs come without Google apps like Play Store, Play Services, etc.
We’ve a bunch of Gapps available now, and while one of them is ultra thin (just 55 MB), the other one is sized 173.7 MB. Both will do fine, as you will have at least play store from both of them, to install remaining Google apps.

How to Install Marshmallow Gapps
You can download any of the above Gapps packages, and then flash it using custom recovery like TWRP or CWM, after flashing the ROM. Restart the device then and you will have Google apps on your device along with the ROM you installed.
Since some Gapps packages are trimmed to save on download, be sure to install the remaining apps from Play Store.
