While movies cost mere $0.99, TV Shows are available at 50% discount under this sale. You get movies like Saban’s Power Rangers, CHiPs, and The LEGO® Batman Movie.
On books and games, you get discount ranging from 50-80%. Some of the games that are on sale are Hitman Sniper Lara Croft GO, and FINAL FANTASY TACTICS.

Please keep in mind, for apps, games, books and music sale runs until July 6 only, while for movies and TV series, the sale runs until July 13.

Apparently, the summer sale is not available everywhere, you should check Play Store and see if it is available in your country. Users based in the US, Canada, UK, and some European markets are definitely eligible for the sale.
Meanwhile, Google is also rolling out a new update v8.0 for Play Store, which brings inline change logs for apps under “My apps and games” section.
